I still can’t believe it, but this is apparently a real phenomenon (though I ridiculed Janet about it earlier) that I may experience for the first time tomorrow. Three cheers for DC’s massive snowstorm. Or as they’ll call it years down the line, the Health Care Blizzard of 09’.
